If you’ve been following along with our new projects on the boards, you’d know that we have a list of projects we are working on that include a guest house or are a guest house. In our most recent New Projects on the Boards we introduced IRIE House which has a guest room separated from the main living area, giving the guest bed a guest house effect. Also mentioned in the post is Climbing Ridge which is a renovation that includes a pool house and guest house addition. Then there’s Hilltop Pool House, another renovation that includes a pool house that can double as a guest suite.
We also recently wrote a Behind the Design post on Tranquil Guest House that writes about the guest house acting as a “jewel” in the landscape from the view inside Tranquil Abiding. On social media, we’ve been sharing some behind the scenes on Undercliff’s design process where we had been focusing on designing a guest house for our clients to live in while the main home gets completely renovated. The focus on that project has pivoted and we are now bypassing the guest house and jumping back into renovating the main home! Finally, we couldn’t forget to mention TinkerBox Guest House, our completed home filled with cozy nooks and exposed beam roofs.
