Very happy to share the progress on the 2 projects we have under construction… Today we’ve put together a time lapse video for each – these are not only fun to create, but I think they are even more fun for our clients and our contractors to watch as their house and their work take shape.
Chalet Perche
Framing of the walls is almost complete. The contractors are framing up the rest of the second floor roof this week and will frame the first floor roof over the living room next week. Very exciting to see this house coming together!

Hyde Park House
Second floor is up, roof and interior walls are framed, windows are in, and plumbing/electrical/mechanical systems are being roughed-in. (More on this from our last construction update post describing the “Pre-Rough-In” Walk Through.) Exterior doors should be installed soon and then the contractor will start on finishes. Moving fast and going well!
