Now that 2017 is in full swing, we’re very excited to share new projects “On the Boards” for this year and update you on our current ones!
We are in various stages of design for 3 new homes in Upstate NY, we have 2 homes under construction – one finishing up very soon and the other just beginning – and 3 that are in an early Pre-Design phase. Always fun, each one is it’s own adventure, and we can’t wait to see what this new year brings!
New Projects “On the Boards”
Luna – Saugerties, NY
Perched on the edge of a cliff, Luna orients guests towards terrific southern view, showcasing sunrise, sunset, and the night sky. Angled to correspond to the moon’s inclination, a strong central axis running parallel to the cliff draws visitors into and through the house, while simultaneously creating niche spaces in which reading nooks, entryway benches, bookshelves and storage are nestled. Chalet Perché – Kerhonkson, NY
Chalet Perche sits at the top of an elevated site, rising to take advantage of distant mountain views above a forested canopy. Bully Hill House – North Branch, NY

Current Projects Update
Lake Wylie House – Lake Wylie, SC
We are soooo close to complete for the Lake Wylie House! This week they are finishing up the last of the punch-list items, pulling together the interior furnishings and laying down hardscaping. Plants and other landscaping to follow, and final photos shortly thereafter! Looking forward to showing this one off very soon!
Hyde Park House – Tampa, FL
We are hoping to begin construction on our Hyde Park House within the next couple months. We are very excited to get this project started and can’t wait to see this house come to life!!
Beacon Loft – Beacon, NY
We are currently working with clients to (re)design the interior of a new 1400 square foot loft in Beacon, NY. This project is a little different from our usual new construction of a modern home and we’ve been having a lot of fun with it! The contractor is gradually moving construction from the ground floor of the existing warehouse up. Our project is on the 4th and top floors so we’ve had a little extra time to finalize finishes and details… More updates coming soon!
