You may have seen the impetus for this Design Inspiration post on our social media yesterday, but we’re having so much fun with one of our projects that I’m using it again as inspiration for today’s blog post.
We are designing a house in upstate NY for clients with a passion for stargazing, and therefore the roof deck is a very important “room” in the house. The way we design the roof deck has a big impact on the overall aesthetic of the house – is it closed or open, glass railing or metal, built in seating or planters…? We’ve been collecting a lot of images for our upcoming Design Development meeting with our clients, and I thought I’d share a few for today’s Residential Design Inspiration post. Hope you enjoy!
