Very exciting progress to share in this Construction Update for Cat Hill – a beautiful, almost-complete modern home in Upstate NY. (I can’t help it – of course I think it’s a stunning home!)
Our contractors are about 3 weeks from completion of Cat Hill. The exterior siding is now complete and the shou sugi ban looks amazing. Interior finishes are in with the exception of the custom kitchen cabinets so we really are so close! The heat is on and other mechanical systems will be finished this week. We have designed a custom dining table that’s currently being fabricated by a local upstate furniture designer, and our client’s furnishings are being delivered and installed. Little by little this home is coming to life and every time I see it I love it more and more!
