Very excited to share all of the recent progress on the (Modern) Accord Depot – a modern renovation of the historic Depot in downtown Accord, NY. This is a very fun project for us to see taking shape because there are so many special moments we designed in this home. Some are special because we are re-using or highlighting the original characteristics of the depot, and others are unique because our clients challenged us to design even more program into this depot than you might think possible to fit… We can reveal more on that in a following post, but trust me on this one!

Renovation and addition to the front entryway….
and an addition to the back of the Accord Depot which includes a new stair volume and small library/sitting area.
The introduction of color into the (Modern) Accord Depot as an expression our clients’ personalities is certainly one of those “special moments” in our design.
