We are very excited to share a construction update for a project that has been in the works for a few years. Gardiner Farmhouse is a modern home for a growing family that craves a deep connection with the outdoors. Sited on farmland, the home takes inspiration from two barn structures already located on the site, and blends the Hudson Valley vernacular with modern windows and details.
Since we started construction in the fall things have been moving quickly. The foundation and slab have been poured and first floor framing for the main house is moving right along. We had a chance to sneak a few photos onsite this week and it’s exciting to see the way the windows do feature key views of the Shawanagunk mountains!
