Construction on Cluster One has been moving steadily along! In September, we had completed most of the exterior framing for the house, large part in thanks to a factory-built system. To give you another perspective on how it all happened, we’re sharing a timelapse video at the bottom of this post. Since then, we’ve made progress on the interior framing, which is now almost complete. Windows arrived onsite and were installed a few weeks ago. We’re so excited to see the glass bridge come to life – unsurprisingly, the windows make all the difference! Stucco installation has also begun. The portion of the house that is black is nearly finished, with gutters being installed and finishing touches coming together. The shorter, white volume has most of the stucco backing system installed. It’s just waiting for its white coat of stucco.
On the interior, we’re moving on to HVAC and plumbing installation. We’ve been working on coordinating all of the valves, fixtures and duct runs with our mechanical and plumbing subcontractor. We had a great meeting onsite last week to finalize a few details. Check out the photo below – it really showcases how many plumbing runs there are in the house and how our subs stay organized and prepped onsite!
