In case you’ve missed our recent excitement on social media about this, a couple came to our studio a couple of months ago asking us to design a Bridge House addition to their small cottage in Upstate NY. They have a beautiful property with a creek running along their existing home to a large pond just beyond their back deck. The idea is for the addition to extend over the creek so that the entire length has a perfect view over the creek towards the pond. Yes a very cool project, and for someone who wanted to design bridges when she grew up, this is going to be a lot of fun!
