Ybor Lofts is located in the historic Ybor neighborhood of Tampa, Florida. The original home was built in the 1910’s and required a substantial renovation. We worked to restore the exterior of the historic home while reimagining the interior as a duplex loft. By creating an open floor plan with high ceilings, we were able to bring much needed light into both sides of the home, transforming it into a modern, bright and airy space. Historic touches like wood framed windows and a standing seam metal roof give the home a fresh look while retaining much of what makes the Ybor neighborhood unique.
