Our design for Stony Cliff Cabin was inspired by our client’s desire to have an efficient getaway that includes space for their hobbies, friends, and family. Nestled along a small cliffside, this cabin includes a gear room for tinkering with bikes, a mostly glass dining room, ample storage, and enough space for two families to comfortably sleep. The small footprint demanded that every wall and every space be considered as an opportunity. Expansive glass along the cliffside lets in ample light and provides generous views of the forest beyond, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Stony Cliff Cabin exemplifies all that is possible within the subtleties of efficient design.
